As
there be realms beyond celestial worlds
Love's yearning sweet, must many trials withstand
Though mortal life should end, and death unfold
This caravanserai continues grand.
Life's glitter, pomp and show will all but end,
Seek therefore, gardens and abodes beyond
Though love is lost, let not thy spirit bend
These paths of tearful sorrow must abound
Thus, let thy spirit soar, attain new heights
Across the studded skies, yon' universe
Confounded by these morrows and those nights
Do not thy paths to victory reverse.
Gone are the days, when I forlorn did weep,
For trusted hearts, now share my sorrow deep.
